The clapping game is a traditional game when people sit in a circle and clap either 1 time, 2 times, or 3 times. Whoever's turn it is depends on how many times somebody claps. If somebody claps 1 time, that means that the circle will continue normally, with the next person in whatever direction they are moving having the next turn. If somebody claps 2 times, that means that the direction is reversed(e.g. counterclockwise to clockwise or vice versa). If somebody claps three times, the next person is skipped, or the person two spaces away from the clapper gets their turn. If somebody claps when it is not their turn, or if somebody takes too long to clap when it is there turn, they are "out." and cannot play until a new game begins.
This version of the clapping game features different colored squares. The blue square is your character. The black squares are other characters, and the red square represents whose turn it is. The audio is incredibly delayed, so it will not match very well with clapping. I currently have no intention of fixing that. Below you, you have three options: 1 clap, 2 claps, and three claps. When it is your turn, meaning that there are no red squares, you may select one of those options if you do it in time. If it is not your turn, you will lose immediately.
This is not the first version published to ComputerCow. Since its publishing, only sound effects have been added.
Hello, I'm Milo, a.k.a the ComputerCow, and no need to ask, of course I'm a real cow.
There are two ways to post comments here. You can either click the amoutn of comments at the top of a blog entry, or type your own comment at the bottom of the entry at the prompt. I'm testing one of them out at the moment, and I'll see which one I like better; or maybe I'll keep both. Who knows?
